Virtual Worship Team: O Praise the Name

This is what I need right now. And I needed to play the song a few times.

A virtual worship team from The Meeting House in Toronto created this for Easter Sunday. It’s a cover of Hillsong’s O Praise the Name, a song which also goes by the title Anastasis.

For the same service, Thomas Nelson author Danielle Strickland, who is also a pastor at The Meeting House beautifully wove together the theme of resurrection with the challenges we currently face individually coping with the state of our world, beginning with the moment where Nicodemus asks the soldiers to release to him the body of Jesus. You can watch that message at this link.

Then on the third at break of dawn,
The Son of heaven rose again.
O trampled death where is your sting?
The angels roar for Christ the King
